Nadia Phanco, Esq. – Founding Partner, Human Resource Manager & Attorney

Nadia Phanco, Esq.Attorney Nadia Phanco earned dual B.A.’s from Florida Atlantic University (“FAU”) in Interdisciplinary Arts and Humanities and German Literature, with Minor’s in Women’s Studies and Psychology. Nadia at a very young age had found her passion in the legal industry as she traveled across the world as an exchange student, living in multiple countries. After graduating from FAU, Nadia attended Florida Coastal School of Law, in Jacksonville Florida.

While interning and advocating for migrant farmers and children’s rights throughout her law school years, Nadia also received two prestigious Book Awards for receiving the highest grade in Transactional Drafting and Interviewing and Counseling. Nadia graduated as a Dean’s Scholar and Pro Bono Honor Recipient. After graduating from Law School, Nadia moved back to West Palm Beach and joined a local law firm, in which she focused her practice on the area of financial services and healthcare law.

Early in her career, Nadia took on the great responsibility and privilege to act as Managing Counsel for one of the largest Mortgage Servicing Companies in the Nation, which included managing the assignment of Counsel in all fifty States to represent multiple major financial institutions, regarding financial regulatory compliances, title issues, bankruptcy, and foreclosures. Thereafter, Nadia joined a large, prominent firm that focused its practice on insurance disputes, in which Nadia drafted hundreds of appeals on behalf of large Hospitals within the community, as well as across the country.

Nadia is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, is a member of the Palm Beach Bar Association and is an authorized agent for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Inc., Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Nadia enjoys spending her time boating and fishing with her husband and daughter.


Danielle Glenn, Esq. – Founding Partner & Attorney

Danielle Glenn, Esq.Attorney Danielle “Dani” Glenn was born in Miami, Florida. She proved academic excellence at a young age, graduating from high school with her Associates Degree at 17 years old.

Dani then graduated with honors from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and immediately began a career as a Law Enforcement Officer in Georgia. After gaining valuable experience as a police officer she accepted enrollment with Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida.

​Dani, a Law Review Staff Editor, graduated in the top 1% of her class at Florida Coastal School of Law earning a Juris Doctor with a Certification in Advanced Legal Research, Writing, and Drafting. After taking the February 2014 Florida Bar Exam, Judge Joseph Lewis, Jr. invited Dani to speak on behalf of the Florida Bar admittees at the induction ceremony held at the First District Court of Appeals in Tallahassee, Florida, an honor traditionally reserved for the highest scorer on the preceding Bar Exam.

​Dani started her career in Real Estate Law prior to joining a prominent Family Law firm in Tampa, Florida. Dani’s academic excellence and profound passion for her clients makes Dani a very sought out and well respected attorney.

​Dani enjoys boating, camping, and sharing bonfires with her husband and her two sons. Dani is a member of the Florida Bar and Hillsborough County Bar Association, and also an authorized agent for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Inc., Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.


Rebeca Sayers – Associate Attorney

Rebeca SayersAttorney Rebeca Sayers has been a resident of Tampa for over 40 years. She attended the University of South Florida, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Upon graduation she pursued her legal education at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. While a student at Stetson, Rebeca was a law clerk at the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit assisting criminal law judges with research and drafting. Additionally, she served as an intern at the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.

Following her passage of the Florida Bar Exam, she began her legal career with legal publisher Reed Elsevier as a legal research consultant to law firms in the Tampa Bay area and at her alma mater, Stetson University College of Law. She subsequently began her practice of law in the area of personal injury and is excited to transition her legal skills into the arena of family law. Rebeca is a member of the Florida Bar and numerous networking groups throughout the Tampa Bay area and was most recently nominated by her peers as recipient of a 2023 Best Lawyer award.

Rebeca enjoys keeping active with her workouts at the gym, riding her Peleton and spending time outdoors kayaking and hiking. She also enjoys baking and reading and spending time with her three sons.


Sani Tolliver – Paralegal

Sani TolliverAleksandra “Sani” Tolliver was born in Plitvice, Croatia. She immigrated to the United States where her perseverance and academic success shined through. Sani graduated from University of Southern California with her Bachelor’s in Biomedicine. She completed her Master’s degree at Hampton University in Virginia where she was accepted into the Pharmacy program. After wanting to be closer to her family in Florida, she transferred to the University of South Florida where she obtained her Pharm. D. degree.

Sani continued her professional career as a licensed pharmacist for a decade. Upon having children, she decided to transition to a more rewarding career field in family law. Sani joined Glenn & Phanco in the summer of 2019. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her 2 beautiful daughters and husband outdoors.
